About BARBARA ANN

Our love story begins in 2018 — we met at church and became friends instantly. The kind of friends that laughed together over everything and did not have serious conversations. Blaine was the person I went to whenever I needed to have fun, because when I was with him, life didn't feel so serious. After 6 months of being just friends, we realized we might have feelings for each other, and we started to fall in love. We've been married for 3 years now, and it has been some of the best years of our lives! We spend our weekends photographing the greatest love stories, and we wouldn't want it any other way.

We're jumping for joy that you're here, and we're so honored you have considered us in being a part in documenting your love story! Getting to know the stories of our couples is our favorite thing, so here is ours.

I fell in love with weddings at a young age, and when I received my first opportunity to photograph a wedding at age 18, I knew I had found what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The people, the love, and the sentimental moments are what continue to draw me to photography. There is nothing I love more than capturing the joy on the faces of two people in love & all of their favorite people in one place on their wedding day. When I'm not photographing a wedding, you can find me at a pilates class, listening to Taylor Swift, watching a romance movie, or planning an itinerary for our next trip!

It all started when I was gifted a camera for my fifteenth birthday. I'm a creative at heart, and have always had a camera in my hand capturing what's around me.

I'm easy-going and love meeting new people. I think that's why I love what I do so much. Being able to not just serve our clients but become friends with them and be able to tell their love story is one of the greatest opportunities. Being able to do it all with my wife by my side is pretty cool too! When I'm not filming a wedding, you can find me watching football, listening to podcasts, or playing pickleball!

My favorite part about being a filmmaker is that I get to tell the greatest love stories. There's nothing more meaningful than delivering a film that will be cherished for generations to come.

We believe the best part about living is other people -- loving others, laughing with others, and connecting with others are some of the sweetest feelings in this life. We love being around people and crave connection in every aspect of our lives. Together, we found our passion of capturing connection and real moments. We document love for a living because it is one of the most beautiful, rewarding things in the world. Knowing that we get to be a part in documenting the greatest love stories is something we will cherish forever.

Food!!! We are big foodies and love going out to dinner! A perfect night for us is going to an amazing restaurant and getting some ice cream after. This photo is from one of our favorite sunset dinners in Santorini.
